Faq's
Reservation can be cancelled 28 days before arrival date with 100% of refund, reservations cancelled 15 days before arrival will be refunded by the 50%, reservation cancelled after 15 days of arrival won’t be refunded.
Once you make your reservation, you are accepting all the conditions.
You can not visit the property, however, you can request to us a video call to make a tour through the property of interest.
Reservation can be done by anyone older than 18 years old, we have strict rules of the house to assure clean and quiet stays.
To access our apartment, we have security boxes in the building entrance and apartment entrance; this means you will be provided with codes before arrival. Keys for the building and apartment are shared keys, only used by guests; your room key is only yours.
Rooms will be available from November 1st of 2025 till February 28th of 2026. We are preferring monthly short rentals; shorter times can be available by request.
– No smoking spaces.
– No parties.
– Quiet hours after 10:00 pm
– Cleaning and caring of common areas.
– No occasional overnight guests.
– No pets allowed.
– No persons under 18 years old allowed.
– No use of electrical or electronic unauthorized appliances (other heaters, electrical bikes, sound equipment, etc.).
Despite we love them, pets are not allowed.
